Car Reservation & Booking Policy

1. A vehicle cannot be hired and/or reserved by any person under the age of 18. Persons below the age of 18 must use this service under parental guidance/supervision.

2. Reservation information as provided must be accurate and correct. Any false or incorrect information will lead to cancellation of booking and forfeiture of reservation charges paid, if any.

Cancellation Policy

1. Rajesh travels reserves all rights to cancel the reservation without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion even after the amount been paid. The total amount paid will be refunded to the customer within 15 working days.

2. In case any customer desires to cancel the reservation/booking, 20% cancellation charges will be charged on the total amount paid.

Credit Card Details

Customers desirous of making payments by Credit Cards are expected to provide correct details of the credit card and shall provide only such details of self-owned cards.

Vehicle Information

The images of the vehicles shown on the website are only for informative and illustrative purposes. The actual vehicle which will be provided may be different in color and other related parameters, but the said vehicle shall be within the same category as the customer has made the booking/reservation for.
